Whether you are new to Pilates or deepening an existing practice, each class is thoughtfully structured to support presence, alignment, and embodied strength.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Yes. Grip socks are required for all classes for safety and hygiene. If you don’t already have a pair, grip socks are available for purchase in our boutique.

  • Doors unlock 10 minutes before your scheduled class or appointment. We recommend arriving early to settle in and ensure your session begins on time.

  • Absolutely. Our Origin class is designed specifically for beginners or anyone wanting to refine foundational movement, alignment, and breath. All classes offer options to support different experience levels.

  • Yes, you can continue your practice during pregnancy. We recommend attending Origin classes and informing your instructor beforehand so we can offer appropriate modifications. As always, please consult your healthcare provider and listen to your body.

  • You are welcome to attend class with an injury, provided you’ve consulted a healthcare professional. Please inform your instructor prior to class so modifications can be offered to keep your practice safe and supportive.

  • All classes and practitioner services are booked through the MINDBODY app, where you can view schedules, manage packages, and reserve sessions.

  • Classes and appointments must be cancelled within the timeframe outlined in MINDBODY to avoid being charged or losing a class credit. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation windows.

  • Yes. We offer private and semi-private sessions for personalized instruction, skill refinement, and goal-focused movement. These sessions provide a more tailored experience and can be booked through our website.
